AdrianYeo chooses Xero over the 6-digit Practice Management System.
We have been using a practice management system developed from Ireland that cost us 6-digit for over 10 years, and have finally decided to move to Xero Cloud Accounting and Superior Time cost.
Our decision to move away from the earlier system was partially driven by the server that called for end-of-life. Knowing they had stopped supporting the version we used, we began the search for a replacement Cloud-based application to ease the server hardware cost and software implementation cost.
While the earlier system looked like it could answer most of our needs, we really couldn’t justify the cost where each additional feature incurred a customization cost.
Today, using Xero cloud accounting, we spend only the software cost at a very much lower price and are scalable on the features we need. We are very happy and don’t feel that we are downgrading our systems, where Xero features to meet our requirements. Now, we realized that complex accounting needn’t come at such a high price.
