Booking & Cancellation Policy

This booking and cancellation policy applies to our online booking system, accessed through our website.


  1. All paid seminars and workshops must be paid at the point of booking, this can be done either online, by phone or in person at Reception.

  2. Seminars and workshops can be booked latest by 24 hours in advanced before the start date.

  3. You can book seats for yourself and for additional participants.

  4. In the event you are unable to attend the seminar or workshops, you may find a replacement by dropping us an email at 24 hours prior to the event. 

  5. Please note that coupon code is only possible via online booking system.

  6. It may be necessary to change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect bookings that have already been paid for and notice will be given of any change.

Cancellations and "No-Shows"

  1. Cancellations can only be made latest by 48 hours prior to the seminars or workshops start date. Any cancellation thereafter will not be given a refund. 

  2. Cancellations should be made via your login on the website; we do not accept cancellations by email or phone. 

  3. If AdrianYeo cancels or changes a seminars and workshops, the option to rebook or a full refund will be given.

  4. All refunds will be transferred directly into your credit card or bank account within 3 working days. 

  5. If class attendees fail to turn up for class without prior notice (“no-show”) no refund or option to rebook will be given for the class.

Seminars & Workshops Numbers

  1. For the benefits of attendees, particularly on Q&A session, seats are limited for each seminars and workshops.

Data Privacy

  1. We will record any personal information you give us in line with the current data-protection laws.

  2. You are responsible for keeping all your personal contact details and choices for how you want to receive marketing materials up to date.
